VETERANS PINNING CEREMONY

 

On Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 1:00pm, Inlet Square Mall is partnering with Mercy Care to show their appreciation to our local veterans.

This will not only be the largest Mercy Honors pinning event on the Grand Strand but will be combined with a Veterans Service Fair.

 

If you are a military veteran, or you know a veteran who is interested in being part of this ceremony please sign up.

 See the attached flyer for registration form.

 

Veterans will receive a personalized certificate as well as a specially designed pin as a show of appreciation for your service to our country.

Tuesday Night Attendance Award Drawing Rules

 

 The weekly drawing will consist of 300 slots for sign up.

You must be a member of the American Legion Post 186, The Auxiliary Post 186 or Sons Of The American Legion Squadron 186

to be eligible to sign up.

You can only sign up for yourself. You may not sign up anyone else. Also you can only sign up once a week.

Sign up will be from 11 AM on Wednesday until Tuesday at 6 PM.

NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO SIGN UP AFTER 6 PM ON TUESDAYS.

You must be present at the drawing to win all the points gathered from sign up, including carry over.

If not present the winning number will receive half of the points and the other half will go to the post.

In the event someone wins all the points, the Post will donate 100 points to start up a new week drawing.

LADIES AUXILIARY MEMBERS:

DON’T WANT TO DRIVE AT NIGHT?

NO PROBLEM!

 Auxiliary meetings are on the 3rd Monday of the month at 7:00 PM.  Some Members have told us that they do not drive at night.

 If anyone would like to attend but needs a ride, please contact any Officer or Member of the Auxiliary Board and we will be glad to provide a ride.
