MEMORIAL WALL UPDATE (12/11/07)
The Committee is in the final stages of preparing the detailed engineering of the project. We hope to have a completed contract by early next month. After that, we will be looking for some volunteer help to do a little site prep work. I will post a signup sheet with a date and time at the Post. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Dear Fellow Legionnaire, Post 186 has undertaken the task of erecting a Memorial Wall to honor all of those who made the greatest sacrifice in all our wars so we, as a nation, remain free today. The wall will enclose the area surrounding the three flagpoles. The wall and the paved area it encloses will be done in brick and trimmed with granite. It will feature bronze service and organization plaques and the proper lighting of the flags and wall plaques.
If you have any questions or would like to know more about our project, please send an email to: Memorialwall@alp186.org
